Will we need to fill out a separate waitlist entry for each sibling?
No, the waitlist form contains a section for parents/guardians to add siblings and their respective grade levels.

How long will the window be open to submit waitlist entries?
Families who wish to be considered for the initial lottery have between April 1-April 15 to add their names to the waitlist. The waitlist form will remain accessible.

Will all waitlist entries go into one pool or be separated by school?
All entries will be grouped by the school. Names will randomly be drawn within each grouping. 

When will families be notified of the outcome of the lottery?
On April 22, we will begin to notify all families whether their student has been selected in the lottery.

What additional steps do families need to take after being selected in the lottery?
Families who have been selected in the lottery will need to complete the enrollment paperwork and pay a $50 processing fee for enrollment to be considered complete. Families who fail to submit the enrollment paperwork and pay the processing fee by the indicated deadline, forfeit their spot and move to the end of the waitlist. 

What should families who did not make the initial lottery expect?
Families will receive a waitlist letter and be contacted if a spot becomes available. Families on the waitlist can expect monthly updates on staffing/space availability.

Will we need to re-enroll our child(ren) each school year?
Yes, in order to be reconsidered for enrollment families will have to enter their child(ren)’s name(s) on the waitlist for the upcoming school year.
